At Drape in Style, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
Returns and Refunds (Within India Only)
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact.
Returns are not accepted for:
Customized or stitched products.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
❌ No Returns or Refunds for International Orders
Orders delivered outside India are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Please ensure all product details, sizing, and terms are reviewed before placing international orders.
How to Request a Return (India only)
Contact customer support at support@drapeinstyle.com or call +91-9831874657 within 7 days of delivery.
Share your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Once approved, instructions for return shipping will be provided.
Refund Process
Refunds are initiated after receipt and inspection of returned items.
If approved:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank or credit card account.
Contact your card provider (processing may take time).
Contact your bank for any hold-ups.
Still no refund? Email support@drapeinstyle.com for assistance.
Damaged or Defective Items
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving damaged or defective items.
Send photos and order details for verification.
A replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, kindly initiate a return and place a new order.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers must bear return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Use a trackable courier service for secure return.
Pre-order Products
If a pre-order item is unavailable after ordering, we will issue a full refund (including shipping).
Refunds follow the same 7–10 business day timeline.
Order Cancellation
In rare cases such as stock unavailability or pricing errors, orders may be cancelled by Drape in Style with full refund to the original payment method.
